Job Responsibilities :

• Maintaining a relationship with existing Property Owners (Residential) & Tenants
• Finding out properties across Bangalore for building acquisition to rent out the same for a prospective tenant
• Sales targets to be achieved of the set targets
• Able to handle client relationships & good in negotiation & closing the business deal
• Skills Required : Good in communication, Able to work target driven environment, experience in Apartment sales / Insurance Sales / Villa Or Plot Sales
• Qualification Preferred : Any Graduate / Post Graduate
• Salary Offered : 2.6 Lpa To 3.0 Lpa
• Experience Preferred : 2-5 years experience in Real estate sales / insurance sales / Property Management services
