Job Responsibilities :

• Maintaining a relationship with existing Property Owners (Residential) & Tenants

• Finding out properties across Bangalore for building acquisition to rent out the same for a prospective tenant
• Sales targets to be achieved of the set targets

• Able to handle client relationships & good in negotiation & closing the business deal
• Skills Required : Good in communication, Confident & Practical work experience, Able to work target driven environment, experience in Apartment sales / renting out properties across Bangalore
• Qualification Preferred : Any Graduate / Post Graduate
• Salary Offered : 2.7 Lpa To 3.5 Lpa
• Experience Preferred : 2 years experience in Real estate sales / insurance sales / Property Management services
