Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business opportunities.

Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media platforms like LinkedIn.

Identify emerging market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders to develop new business.

Understand the client’s business needs and provide tailored solutions to address those needs.

Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demos to showcase the company’s offerings.

Provide ongoing support to existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
3. Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients to effectively communicate the value proposition of the company’s products and services.

Handle negotiations, including pricing, terms, and contractual agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

Collaborate with the legal team to finalize contracts and agreements with clients.
4. Sales Strategy Development:

Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Work with senior management to develop pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales forecasts.

Analyze market trends and customer feedback to suggest improvements in products or services.
5. Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client communications, and sales performance using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.

Provide regular reports on sales progress, potential leads, and forecasted opportunities to management.

Monitor and track the effectiveness of business development strategies and adjust as necessary.
6. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing strategies.
