Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify potential customers through market research, networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and online platforms.

Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings or product demos with prospective clients.

Maintain and update a database of potential and existing clients.
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
-
Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Conduct presentations, product/service demos, and proposal discussions with clients.
3. Sales & Revenue Growth:

Close sales deals and meet assigned revenue targets.

Cross-sell and up-sell products and services to existing customers.

Follow up regularly with leads and prospects to maintain a healthy pipeline.
4. Market Research & Strategy:

Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to identify opportunities.

Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams for improvement or new initiatives.

Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.
5. Reporting & Documentation:
-
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, deals, and negotiations using CRM tools.

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status, pipeline, and closed sales.

Participate in team meetings and share progress updates and challenges.
