Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting Safe Constructions’ services. The role involves market research, client acquisition, proposal development, and contributing to long-term business strategy.
Key Responsibilities-
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction and related sectors.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.

Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tender documents.

Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Attend industry events, networking meets, and exhibitions to represent Safe Constructions.

Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM data.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the construction/real estate/engineering sector.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Knowledge of construction processes and industry standards is an advantage.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
