Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION: 
Cold calling/Warm calling/Leads generation.
Explaining properties details to potential clients based on their requirements.
Regular follow up with clients.
Converting clients to visit the plots.
Visiting clients data has to be sent for sales team.
Daily updating the visits reports as per the requirement.

Responsibilities:
Getting acquainted with different products and services of our company.
Acquiring new clients through direct contact and word-of-mouth advertising.
Collaborating with the marketing department.
Attending different networking events related to the industry.
Actively researching new clients.
Connecting with prospective clients and taking them onboard.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Retaining clients for a long time.
Recommending upgrades and adding products and services that will interest clients.
Holding discussions with clients to settle for the best prices.
Helping employees develop social and technical skills to increase sales.
Reviewing clients’ feedback and incorporating required changes.
Remaining updates about trends in consumption to keep our offering relevant in the industry.
Becoming a product expert.
Meeting sales targets and KPIs on a monthly or weekly basis.
Attending meetings and conferences as a representative of the company.
Demonstrate outstanding planning and time management abilities.
