We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Ujjivan Small Finance bank. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective loan collection strategies and fostering strong relationships with clients. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in business development within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to facilitate timely loan collections and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and          retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of collection strategies to improve recovery          rates.
  • Monitor and report on collection performance metrics to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in loan collection.


    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Up to 1 year of experience in loan collection or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
