Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving the growth of the company through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. The BDE plays a key role in increasing revenue by generating qualified leads, promoting products or services, and closing business deals.
The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, persuasive, and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role suits individuals who enjoy client interaction, business strategy, and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify potential business opportunities by researching market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.

Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.).

Maintain and update a pipeline of prospects in CRM or lead management software.
2. Client Outreach & Relationship Building:

Initiate and attend meetings (in-person or virtual) with prospective clients to understand their requirements.

Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Represent the company in a professional and confident manner in all interactions.
3. Sales Presentations & Negotiations:

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, or demos to potential clients.

Answer product-related or service-related questions, objections, and queries.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to secure deals aligned with business objectives.

Close deals effectively and ensure timely follow-ups for document completion.
4. Market Research & Strategy:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor movements, and customer behavior.

Provide input on product improvements, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns based on market feedback.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation campaigns and brand visibility.
5. Reporting & CRM Management:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot).

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.

Track personal performance against targets and KPIs.
