RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and qualification of B2B and enterprise accounts. • Assist in scheduling and participating in client meetings, product demos, and presentations. • Develop a clear understanding of Shipway’s products and value proposition to effectively communicate with potential clients. • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities through professional platforms, referrals, and networking. • Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and assist in sales forecasting and reporting. • Coordinate with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth sales execution. • Support achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets. • Stay updated with industry trends, SaaS sales practices, and logistics technology advancements.

SKILLS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of internship/trainee experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in B2B & Enterprise SaaS sales.
- Basic understanding of sales concepts and customer engagement preferred.
- High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
- Structured onboarding and sales training.
- Exposure to enterprise clients and CXO-level interactions over time.
