Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, online research, social media, networking, and attending industry events.

Generate qualified leads and set up meetings or product demonstrations.

Use CRM tools to manage leads and follow up systematically.

Maintain a steady pipeline of prospects to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Client Relationship Building:

Initiate and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.

Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact during the sales cycle.

Provide pre-sales support including presentations, quotations, and documentation.
Sales and Revenue Generation:

Conduct product or service presentations to potential clients.

Prepare and deliver persuasive business proposals and commercial offers.

Negotiate contracts and close deals in coordination with the management team.

Achieve sales targets as defined by the company.
Market Research and Strategy:

Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends, pricing, and positioning.

Identify new opportunities, unexplored markets, and customer segments.

Provide regular feedback to the product, marketing, and strategy teams based on customer insights.
Reporting and Documentation:

Keep detailed records of all sales activities, leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM or spreadsheets.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Participate in internal sales meetings and performance reviews.
Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign planning and lead nurturing.

Work closely with the customer support and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Share client feedback and market intelligence to improve products/services.
