Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive in the staffing industry is responsible for identifying potential clients, establishing and nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new business. They play a crucial role in expanding the company's client base and ensuring the successful placement of candidates in various job roles.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Research and identify potential clients in the target market.
    • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, social media, and referrals.
  • Client Acquisition:
    • Approach potential clients and engage in initial discussions to understand their staffing needs.
    • Present the company's services and value proposition to potential clients.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Regularly follow up with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations on staffing solutions.
  • Market Research:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
    • Analyze and report on market intelligence to identify new business opportunities.
  • Proposal and Contract Negotiation:
    • Prepare proposals, contracts, and agreements in collaboration with the legal team.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaboration with Recruitment Team:
    • Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of suitable candidates.
    • Provide feedback to the recruitment team for continuous improvement in candidate selection.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    • Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management.
    • Strong understanding of the staffing industry and its dynamics.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
