Business Development Executive
Job Description
· Conduct B2B field visits to manufacturers and traders for direct sales meetings.
· Manage in-house sales operations, follow-ups, and customer queries via phone, email, or virtual meetings.
· Generate leads through market research, online platforms (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.), cold calling, and networking.
· Maintain and update the CRM with accurate sales activities and customer data.
· Prepare and present sales proposals, product samples, and quotations to potential customers.
· Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Report sales activities and progress to the reporting manager.
· Work will consist of approximately as 40% field visit and 60% in house sales operations.
Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
· Fresher or 1– 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
· Must be willing to travel locally or regionally for field visits.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined.
· Basic knowledge of herbal products or agricultural raw material trading is a plus.
· Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
· Male candidate only.
· Must have own bike and smartphone
