Responsibility
Develop and maintain client relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to understand their needs, address inquiries, and propose suitable solutions.
Sales and revenue generation: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies to achieve sales targets. Present and demonstrate company products or services to clients, addressing their requirements and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deal
Market research and analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market segments, emerging trends, and opportunities for growth. Provide insights and recommendations to the management team for strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to research and analyze market trends and competition.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
