Position: Business Development Associate
Employment Type: Intern / Full-time
Department: Sales & Business Growth
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead generation through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media outreach
• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline
• Understand customer needs and pitch products/services effectively
• Convert leads into customers through negotiation and deal closure
• Maintain long-term client relationships and handle onboarding support
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 0–1 years of experience in Sales/Business Development
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
• Knowledge of CRM tools (preferred)
