Job Description
Growth Manager/BDE - Sales, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base for enterprise SaaS-based products. You will engage with potential customers through various channels, build relationships, and contribute to lead generation and conversion efforts. This role is ideal for a motivated and results-oriented individual who is eager to start a career in sales and technology.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth manager/BDE 1–3 years of experience to drive sales in any Industry. The ideal candidate will manage the complete sales process—from lead generation to closing deals—and ensure high client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, email marketing, social media, and networking.
- Present and promote Quick Message bulk SMS solutions to potential clients.
- Handle the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.
- Conduct product demos and client presentations (via Google Meet or in person).
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the technical and support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service experience.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably in bulk SMS, SaaS, or digital marketing solutions).
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand digital communication services and explain them in simple terms.
- Proven ability to meet targets and manage client relationships independently.
- Self-driven, confident, and passionate about sales and growth.
