Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, industries, and markets that align with the company’s services or products.

Cold Calling & Email Outreach: Actively reach out to potential leads via calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce the company’s products or services.

Networking: Build a network of contacts through industry events, networking platforms like LinkedIn, and referrals to generate leads and prospects.
2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building:

Client Meetings: Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and build long-term relationships.

Understanding Client Requirements: Gather information about clients’ requirements, budget, and project scope to present tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Customer Service: Address client inquiries, follow up on initial conversations, and maintain regular contact to nurture relationships.
3. Sales and Revenue Generation:

Sales Presentations: Deliver effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and service explanations to potential clients.

Negotiating Deals: Lead negotiations with clients, working to close deals and meet sales targets.

Proposal Creation: Prepare customized proposals, pricing quotes, and contracts for clients.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
4. Market Research and Analysis:

Market Trends: Conduct market research to understand current trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity in order to stay ahead of industry changes.

Competitive Analysis: Study competitors’ offerings and create strategies to differentiate the company’s services or products in the market.

Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients to understand satisfaction levels and areas for improvement.
5. Collaboration and Teamwork:

Work with Marketing Team: Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that target the right audience and promote company offerings.

Support Sales Team: Work closely with the internal sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and successful closing of sales.

Customer Onboarding: Assist the customer onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery and implementation.
6. Reporting and Documentation:

Sales Reports: Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and revenue generation in the CRM system.

Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, sales volumes, and client acquisition costs.

Documentation: Keep records of client interactions, proposals, contracts, and follow-up activities for future reference.
7. Follow-ups and Post-Sales Support:

After-Sales Service: Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction, identify additional opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and maintain long-term relationships.

Client Retention: Work with the customer support team to ensure that clients are happy with the product or service and resolve any issues or concerns.
