Job Description

We are hiring for the position of Business Development Executive in the Banking Sector!
Role : Business Development Executive
Salary : 16k to 35k
Experience : Fresher / Experienced
Qualification : Any Graduate
Age Limit : 21 to 30
Work Location : All over Tamil Nadu (preferred location)
Job Responsibility:
Open Current & Savings Accounts
Approach potential customers in the field
Build relationships and generate business

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

    • Identify and target potential clients, including individuals, SMEs, and large organizations, who could benefit from the bank’s products and services.

    • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.

    • Build and manage a strong client portfolio to generate new leads and expand the customer base.

  2. Sales and Marketing:

    • Promote and sell banking products such as savings and current accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment products to individual and corporate clients.

    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

    • Create and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and increase market share.

    • Present banking solutions to prospective clients in a persuasive and clear manner, focusing on customer needs.

  3. Cross-Selling and Upselling:

    • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell banking products based on customer profiles and financial needs.

    • Leverage existing customer relationships to introduce new products, services, and value-added offerings.

    • Assist clients in navigating the bank’s various services to ensure that they make informed financial decisions.

  4. Customer Needs Assessment:

    • Conduct thorough assessments of potential clients’ financial requirements and advise them on suitable banking products.

    • Provide personalized recommendations to clients regarding banking solutions, ensuring that their financial goals are met.

    • Offer tailored financial advice, considering the client’s lifestyle, goals, and investment preferences.

  5. Business Growth and Market Expansion:

    • Develop strategies for expanding the bank’s footprint in target markets.

    • Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and community activities to represent the bank and attract new business opportunities.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and ensure services meet customer demands.

  6. Collaboration and Reporting:

    • Work closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

    • Provide regular reports on sales progress, market conditions, and business development activities to management.

    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the bank’s overall business goals and growth objectives.

  7. Customer Service Excellence:

    • Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

    • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues or concerns promptly.

    • Ensure that all documentation and agreements are completed accurately and in accordance with bank policies.

  8. Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements set forth by the bank and financial authorities.

    • Ensure all products and services meet legal and compliance standards.

    • Conduct thorough due diligence when onboarding new clients to assess financial health and mitigate potential risks.
