Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients, market trends, and industry segments.

Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, networking, social media, referrals, and attending industry events or trade shows.

Qualify leads based on company objectives, budgets, and decision-making authority.
2. Client Acquisition
-
Reach out to potential clients and present company offerings clearly and persuasively.

Understand client needs and suggest relevant products or services that add value to their business.

Schedule and attend client meetings (in-person or virtual) to present proposals and close deals.

Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements with clients to achieve win-win outcomes.
3. Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.

Provide regular follow-up and ensure client satisfaction through excellent post-sales service.

Act as a point of contact between the client and internal departments such as operations, support, and marketing.
4. Market Research & Strategy
-
Conduct market research to stay updated on competitors, industry trends, and customer behavior.

Analyze data and insights to identify opportunities for growth or improvement.

Work with marketing teams to develop campaigns, promotional strategies, or marketing materials.
5. Sales Targets & Reporting

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the management.

Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.

Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
6. Collaboration & Coordination

Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment in sales efforts.

Provide feedback from clients and the market to help improve product offerings or customer service.

Participate in internal meetings to share progress, strategies, and best practices.
