Job Description
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and qualify potential customers through calls, emails, networking, and market research
2. Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) regularly
3. Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to generate interest in solar EPC services
4. Understand client requirements and schedule meetings for the technical team
5. Present company's solar solutions and EPC capabilities to prospective clients
6. Prepare customized proposals based on client needs and site conditions
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
8. Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the company during the pre-sales phase
9. Research industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
10. Share market feedback with the management and suggest improvements
11. Work closely with technical and project teams to ensure smooth handover after order closure
12. Assist in technical site surveys by coordinating with customers
13. Meet or exceed assigned monthly or quarterly sales targets
14. Track personal sales performance and report regularly to senior management
15. Maintain records of customer interactions, inquiries, proposals, and sales
16. Prepare daily or weekly reports of calls made, leads generated, and sales closed
17. Conduct timely follow-ups on proposals shared and meetings conducted
18. Ensure continuous engagement until deal closure
