We are Hiring Business Development Executive (BDE) Freshers!
- Skills Required: Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English and a good accent and passion for Sales/BD required.
- Responsibilities: Generating leads, cold calling, and engaging potential clients to promote services and products. Training and support will be provided about the processes.
- Shift: US Shift
- Compensation: 2.6 LPA Approx.
- Medical Insurance Coverage
- Upfront Leave Credit
- 5 days working (Monday - Friday)

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and research potential clients through various channels:

Online platforms (LinkedIn, directories, websites)

Cold calling and emailing
-
Social media networking
-
Event and trade show participation (if applicable)

Maintain a list/database of leads and prospects for follow-up.
2. Outreach & Initial Engagement
-
Make introductory calls and send emails to pitch company products/services.

Present company offerings in a clear and convincing manner to generate interest.

Schedule meetings or demos for senior sales or technical teams.
3. Client Interaction & Relationship Building
-
Assist in maintaining ongoing communication with potential and existing clients.

Support senior executives in client meetings or video calls.
-
Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
-
Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and emerging market demands.
-
Collect feedback from clients and prospects to understand pain points or needs.
-
Assist in identifying target industries or new market segments.
5. Proposal & Documentation Support
-
Help in preparing business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
-
Maintain accurate documentation of interactions, proposals, and follow-up activities.
-
Coordinate with internal teams to generate price quotes, product details, and other information needed for client communication.
6. Reporting & Coordination
-
Update the CRM or sales tracker daily with leads, calls, follow-ups, and meeting notes.

Prepare weekly reports on business development activities.

Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and product teams for lead nurturing and conversion.
