Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to actively seek out and engage prospective clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth through innovative lead-generation strategies and strategic sales efforts.
This role requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for closing deals that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, databases, social media, and industry events.

Generate qualified leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and field visits.

Maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly follow up with prospects.
2. Client Engagement

Reach out to potential customers to understand their needs and present suitable product/service offerings.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and demos with prospective clients.
3. Sales Strategy Execution

Work closely with the sales team to implement sales strategies and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and business pitches.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals effectively.
4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.

Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams for improving product offerings and customer experience.
5. CRM & Reporting

Update CRM software with accurate client information, call logs, and deal stages.

Maintain sales reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Track KPIs such as conversion rates, revenue targets, and client retention.
Key Skills & Competencies:

Confidence in dealing with domestic and/or international clients

Good understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and client management

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools like Zoho or HubSpot is a plus
