Key Responsibilities:

Conduct tele sales calls to generate leads and convert them into clients.

Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant products or services.

Maintain and update client databases and follow up on leads regularly.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Skills Required:

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Goal-driven and self-motivated attitude.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office preferred.
