Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills to expand the company's market presence and achieve business objectives.
Roles and Duties:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through calling, networking and lead generation.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
· Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
· Negotiate and close sales deals.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications:
· 1-3 years of sales experience.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Sales
- Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, emails, networking, and social media.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and present business proposals.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
3. Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop sales strategies to enter new markets and expand the customer base.
- Identify key trends and business opportunities in the industry sector.
4. Business Negotiation & Deal Closing
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.
- Ensure timely execution of contracts and agreements.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain records of sales, leads, and business interactions.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Suggest improvements to enhance business development strategies.
