Requirements:

Proven experience in cold calling and email marketing.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated.
Proficiency in using CRM software and email marketing platforms.
Basic understanding of the products/services offered by the company.

Knowledge in any CRM, Sales prospecting tools, email marketing tools, sales navigator,
Business Development Executives, Sales development representatives, Cold calling executives, Sales executive

Responsibilities:

Getting acquainted with different products and services of our company.

Acquiring new clients through direct contact and word-of-mouth advertising.

Collaborating with the marketing department.

Attending different networking events related to the industry.

Actively researching new clients.

Connecting with prospective clients and taking them onboard.

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Retaining clients for a long time.

Recommending upgrades and adding products and services that will interest clients.

Holding discussions with clients to settle for the best prices.

Helping employees develop social and technical skills to increase sales.

Reviewing clients’ feedback and incorporating required changes.

Remaining updates about trends in consumption to keep our offering relevant in the industry.

Becoming a product expert.

Meeting sales targets and KPIs on a monthly or weekly basis.

Attending meetings and conferences as a representative of the company.

Demonstrate outstanding planning and time management abilities.
