Job Description
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Understand client needs and propose suitable products or services.

Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.

Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) to ensure client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities using CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
-
Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, digital platforms (LinkedIn, JustDial, Google), and referrals.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and update records in CRM systems.
2. Client Engagement & Sales
-
Approach prospects to understand their needs and introduce suitable products/services.

Schedule and attend meetings (virtual/in-person) with clients to present company offerings.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals.

Follow up consistently to close deals and onboard new clients.
3. Relationship Building

Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing excellent service.

Act as a point of contact for client queries, escalations, and feedback.

Upsell or cross-sell additional products/services where appropriate.
4. Target Achievement

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Work closely with marketing and product teams to align efforts and share client insights.

Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and conversion metrics.
5. Post-Sales Coordination

Collaborate with internal teams (operations, delivery, support) to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Collect payments or coordinate with the finance team for invoicing and follow-ups.
