Business Development Executive
Job Description
This is a full time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and nurturing existing client relationships.
Daily tasks include conducting market research, creating and implementing business strategies, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, and preparing and presenting protocols.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Research and identify potential clients through market analysis, online research, networking, and databases.

Generate leads via cold calling, emails, social media, and field visits.

Qualify leads based on business potential and requirements.

Client Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.

Schedule meetings, deliver presentations, and conduct product/service demos to clients.

Provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

Meet or exceed sales targets by converting leads into business opportunities.

Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Follow up with prospects regularly and close deals effectively.

Market Research and Strategy:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.

Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve offerings.

Contribute to marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to support lead generation and brand awareness.

Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM tools or databases.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management review.

Participate in internal meetings to discuss business performance and opportunities.
