Responsibility:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify potential clients through research, networking, cold calling, attending events, and online platforms.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Reach out to new prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to generate interest and set up meetings.
2. Client Relationship Management:

Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Understand client needs, pain points, and objectives to propose appropriate solutions.

Provide timely and professional follow-ups to maintain engagement and trust.
3. Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations:

Conduct presentations and demos of products or services to potential clients.

Customize pitches based on the client’s industry, challenges, and goals.

Address client questions, concerns, and objections with professionalism and product knowledge.
4. Proposal & Deal Closure:

Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and pricing details.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts while ensuring alignment with company policies.

Close deals efficiently while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
5. Market Research & Strategy:

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities.

Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve offerings and promotional strategies.

Suggest improvements in sales processes, customer segmentation, and targeting strategies.
6. Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, customer information, and sales outcomes in CRM tools.

Provide regular updates and performance reports to sales managers and business heads.

Track KPIs such as leads generated, conversion rates, revenue booked, and client acquisition costs.
