We are hiring Business Development Executive to acquire clients for a premium Executive Coaching program. The target audience are top management professionals and business leaders. Incumbent should  take responsibility and be accountable to deliver the agreed targets as per program calendar and confidently communicate with business leaders,.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect, initiate communication with potential clients from LinkedIn sales navigator / Salezshark.
  
• Respond to leads from website and email marketing.
  
• Articulate and link value proposition to client’s development needs.
  
• Persuade, Negotiate and nudge professionals to timely decision.

Compensation: 20K - 30K Fixed + Performance Incentive. Total CTC up to 6L/Annum.
