Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team and contribute to the growth of the company by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our products/services. The BDE will play a key role in generating leads, following up with prospects, closing sales, and expanding our market reach.
This role demands strong communication skills, goal-oriented thinking, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Candidates with a passion for sales and client engagement will thrive in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals.

Build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM tools and regular follow-ups.

Attend industry events, exhibitions, or networking sessions to discover new opportunities.
2. Client Outreach & Relationship Building:

Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, or in-person meetings to understand their business needs.

Present the company’s offerings in a compelling and customized way.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
3. Product/Service Presentation:

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company’s services/products and their applications.

Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

Conduct product demos (in-person or online) and address client queries professionally.
4. Sales & Target Achievement:

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.

Negotiate and close deals in alignment with company policies.

Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain records of all interactions and conversions.
5. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:

Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.

Collect feedback from clients and share insights with the product/marketing teams.

Suggest new ways to improve the sales pitch or marketing approach based on customer behavior.
6. Reporting & Coordination:

Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, follow-ups, and closures in the CRM system.

Submit regular reports on sales activities, lead status, and business metrics to management.

Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery.
Required Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)
