What We are Looking?
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers

Responsibilities :
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team in assisting the growth of the business by acquiring new business leads. 
• Pitch and promote services to prospective clients 
• Career counselling of prospective students and understanding their learning objectives to offer relevant products to them. 
• Build sales leads through referrals and cold calling to generate sales (monthly target/revenue-oriented) 
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to plan and oversee new marketing initiatives 
• Set up meetings to prepare and deliver pitches to prospective clients 
• Follow up with potential client & Work with team members to identify and manage risks

Requirements and skills :
 • Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Account Executive or similar role, or freshers with excellent communication and community building. 
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls) 
• Track record of achieving sales quotas 
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), is preferable 
• Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts) 
• Understanding of sales performance metrics 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations 
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, B.E., B.Tech. or relevant field 


Details: 
• Location: Bengaluru (Onsite)
• Working Days: 6 Days work/ week 
• Internship Tenure: 3-6 Months 
• Monthly Stipend: 13-17K/month 
• PPO Offered: Yes (Based on Performance) 
• CTC (if selected for full-time): 3-6 LPA
