Job Description
Business Development Executive
- Meeting sales targets.
- Specialization& knowledge in scientific and technologically advanced products & services.
- Sourcing potential new customers and maintaining regular contact with existing customers.
- Educating potential customers about the functions of the project.
- Fully understanding customers' needs & requirements.
- Providing advice about the advantages of the products and services
- Advising customers of updates & new technologies and its applications
- Being familiar with competitors’ activities.
- Traveling to attend meetings.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Key Skills
Requirements:
- Time management and planning skills
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce/Hubspot)
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- BBA in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
