Roles and Responsibilities

Making outbound calls to potential customers or clients
Promoting products/services and generating leads for the sales team
Conducting market research and providing feedback to the sales and marketing team
Achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information in the database
Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints or issues
Following up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Participating in training sessions and ongoing professional development
Collaborating with other team members to meet company goals

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, English
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
Proficient in using computer systems and databases
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent
