Job Description: Business Development Executive
Position Overview:
A Business Development Executive (BDE) plays a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Identify potential clients through various channels such as online platforms, networking, and industry events.
Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
Bidding and Proposal Management:
Draft compelling business proposals and responses to RFPs/RFQs on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and others.
Negotiate project terms and close deals with clients.
Market Research:
Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Develop tailored strategies to approach potential clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Act as the point of contact for client queries and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and deal progress.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc., is a plus.

Work Environment:
Job Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore
Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM, 5 days a week
