Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and goal-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The role involves identifying and converting new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and playing a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth. You will work closely with internal teams to propose solutions, prepare presentations, negotiate deals, and ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to client outreach, and a basic understanding of the sales lifecycle. This role is suited for individuals passionate about business growth, market development, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify potential customers through online research, networking, cold calling, and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, IndiaMART, and others.

Utilize email campaigns, CRM tools, and business directories to build a pipeline of qualified leads.

Attend webinars, trade shows, and industry events to explore new business opportunities (when applicable).
2. Client Acquisition & Sales:

Initiate contact with prospects to introduce the company’s products/services.

Conduct online or in-person meetings to present solutions tailored to client needs.

Follow up diligently and consistently to move leads through the sales funnel.

Close deals while ensuring profitability and alignment with client expectations.
3. Relationship Management:

Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients through regular communication and value delivery.

Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding and the early stages of client engagement.

Manage client expectations and work with internal teams to deliver quality service.
4. Sales Planning & Target Achievement:

Work toward achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and deals closed.

Share weekly and monthly reports on sales performance with the reporting manager.
5. Product & Market Knowledge:

Stay updated on product features, service offerings, pricing, and industry trends.

Understand the competitive landscape and positioning of company offerings.

Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer responses and market research.
6. Collaboration & Coordination:

Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer support to deliver outstanding client experiences.

Provide inputs for sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and product positioning based on real-time market feedback.

Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, presentations, and other documentation.
