Job Description
- Finding and evaluating potential customers who are likely to be interested in the company's offerings.
- Presenting Products/Services: Demonstrating the value and benefits of the company's products or services to potential clients.
- Negotiating Deals: Closing sales and securing contracts by negotiating terms and conditions with clients.
- Managing Client Relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:

Identify potential clients through market research, networking, online platforms, and cold calling.

Build a pipeline of qualified leads through direct outreach, social media, email campaigns, and referrals.

Schedule meetings or calls with potential clients to understand their needs and present solutions.
2. Client Acquisition and Sales:

Explain company products/services to prospects clearly and persuasively.

Conduct product presentations, demos, or meetings (in-person or online).

Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and follow up until closure.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
3. Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business.

Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.

Ensure timely follow-ups, updates, and customer support post-sale.

Handle client queries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
4. Market Research and Strategy:

Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.

Identify new market opportunities and customer segments for business expansion.

Contribute to the development of marketing materials, campaigns, or promotional activities.

Suggest ideas for process improvements, better client engagement, and product positioning.
5. Reporting and Coordination:

Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, deals, and communications using CRM or Excel.

Submit daily/weekly sales reports and attend regular team meetings.

Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams for smooth execution and delivery.

Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies and pricing structures.
