As a Business Development Executive specializing in interior sales at Yellowcaps infracon, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and increasing revenue. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our interior design products and services.
* Lead Generation and Prospecting:
* Identify potential clients and markets within the interior design industry.
* Generate new leads through various means such as networking, cold calls, industry events, and digital marketing efforts.
* Client Relationship Management:
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Understand client needs, preferences, and project requirements.
* Provide personalized design solutions and recommendations.
* Sales and Revenue Growth:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
* Market Analysis:
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with our interior design team to ensure clients' design visions are met.
* Coordinate with other departments such as marketing and customer support to enhance the client experience.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
* Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management review.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Exceptional negotiation and presentation abilities.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
