Hiring for Business Development Executive/Manager - Inside Sales - Day Shift/ Full Time
Looking for very Immediate Joiners
English & Hindi is mandatory, Should know to speak in Hindi
Freshers are most welcome with good communication & sales skills
Responsibilities:
· Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
· Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
· Present our company to potential clients
· Identify client needs and suggests appropriate products/services
· Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
· Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
· Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
· Report to the Team Lead on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
· Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
· Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
· Understand customer needs and requirements
· Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
· Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
· Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
· Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
· Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
· Perform effective online demos to prospects
Requirements:
· Proven inside sales experience
· Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
· Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
· Track record of achieving sales quotas
· Understanding of sales performance metrics
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to deliver engaging presentations
