Age : 21 - 28 yrs

Business Development Executive :

Freshers (2017 Batch) & candidates with <3 yrs of experience with good communication skills and flair in field sales.

Business Development Manger :

Candidates with 3- 5 yrs of experience in Sales from any industry and good communication & interpersonal skills.

Job Description :

Generate new business for the Bank in accordance with the defined targets for the Business Development Team.
Achieve Sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals.
Extend professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Salary Ranges from 1.25 lacs to 3.25 lacs + Local Conveyance & Local Mobile allowance
