 Job Description:

 The main objective of Business Development for international operations is to establish strong and productive relationships with clients, thereby creating growth opportunities for the organization, especially in the Europe/USA region. This involves identifying potential business prospects through market research, E-bid listings, and generating leads by means of tele-calling, e-mailing, and other digital platforms. Additionally, the role entails coordinating the design and editing of business development documents, developing marketing strategies, and accepting new challenges. It is also important to track and maintain an internal database containing project descriptions, sub-consultants, contacts, and standard content. The position includes leading an internal sales team and monitoring project plans and standard operating procedures.
