Job Title: Business Development Executive - Oncology and Haematology
Sales Location: Chennai, India
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Pharmaceutical Product Sales like MR
Industry: Healthcare / Pharmaceuticals (Must)

To expand our presence in Chennai, we are seeking a Business Development Executive to foster relationships with healthcare professionals and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities: 
Sales Management: Promote and sell Oncology & Hematology products within Chennai hospitals. 
Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with Oncologists, Hematologists, Doctors and hospital stakeholders to drive business growth. 
Lead Generation: Identify, generate, and track leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
Sales Operations: Manage day-to-day sales activities in Chennai and ensure timely product delivery with internal teams. 
Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, while providing market insights to shape product offerings. 
Continuous Learning: Participate in training to enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry advancements.

Qualifications & Experience
Education: Science Graduate, Pharmacy, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in hospital sales, particularly in Oncology or Hematology 

Skills: 
Strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently in a defined territory 
Mindset: Self-motivated with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
