Job Description
Job Profile:
- Prospect new potential clients and maintain existing customer relationship within the Travel industry
- Generate project/business opportunities through customer contact, to meet company’s business plans and growth strategies
- Drive the sales process from signing up agencies / Hotels till making of transactions.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to prepare and implement the company's Marketing and Business Development Plan and strategy for meeting business goals
- Track and report current status of potential projects, markets, Customer news, and developments
- Ensure all communication with customers are in accordance with our standards and correct in content and format
- Follow up with the clients regarding booking / transaction, process of delivery and payments and collection follow up.
- Liaise internally with other departments such as IT development, Finance, and account managers.
- Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services as per the market demand
- Contribute information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from clients.
- Act as a resource person for management with respect to sales and marketing issues
- Prepare weekly Customer Visit report and Sales report
- Follow up on customer complaints and provide suitable resolution.
