Roles and responsibilities
Act as a point of contact between Smerkato and its buyers
Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key employees among buyers.
Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
Engaging customers by conducting Networking programs
Understanding the market and finding innovative ways to retain customers
