Roles and responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact between Smerkato and its buyers

  • Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key employees among buyers.

  • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

  • Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.

  • Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.

  • Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.

  • Engaging customers by conducting Networking programs 

  • Understanding the market and finding innovative ways to retain customers
