Business Development Executive Sales
Job Opening for Business Development Profile(US Healthcare)
Ø Responsible for all forms of demand generation activity- Cold calling, email campaign, Linkedin social media, events, seminars, referrals, web leads, and other forms of Lead Generation.
Ø Responsible to connect target companies' decision-makers to influence them to work with Vee, work with potential targets to match the requirement/capability, and set up qualified meetings.
Ø Responsible for coordinating activities with those of other teams in Marketing / Sales to effectively reach out to decision-makers.
Ø The role demands a basic understanding of the US Healthcare, Vee services lines, verticals, customers, and competition, and the ability to translate this knowledge into setting up meetings with Vee prospects or prospective clients.
Ø Effectively articulate and map our value proposition to the prospect’s pain points.
Ø Willing to cold call relentlessly to ensure monthly call schedule targets are met.
Ø Basic knowledge or understanding of US Healthcare.
Ø Good written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and analytical skills.
Ø High level of attention to detail, including data accuracy and documentation /presentation preparation with high quality.
Ø Basic knowledge in using a handful of features in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ø Bachelors / Masters in any Disciplines
Ø MBA with specialization in Sales/Marketing (added advantage)
Ø Good Communication, Global mindset, & Cultural Adaptability.
Ø Easily approaches strangers, “thick-skinned” (handles “no”),takes ownership, persistent, ambitious, empathetic, accepts uncertainty, strategic orientation, problem solver.
