Roles &
Responsibilities:

Calling
Regular to customer for collection of payments.
·
Maintaining
healthy relationship with the customers.
·
Educating
and convincing customer to repay loan amount.
·
Willingness
to take the challenges.
·
Keeping
repo with the customers till collecting their recovery amount.
·
Taking
appointment from clients to send the FE’S for the recovery of payment.
Basic requirements
includes·
Basic
knowledge on excel.
·
Must
be willing to work with team members.
·
Languages
known: Kannada, English (Any other language would be an added advantage).
·
Command
over the verbal linguistic.
·
Minimum
qualification: 10th Pass & above.
·
Age
Limit: 20 Above.
·
Salary
as per the company standards.(Basic + Incentives)
