Job Description
Roles of Business Development Head (Corporate)
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire corporate clients for events, conferences, exhibitions, and brand activations.
- Set revenue and client acquisition targets for the corporate vertical.
- Identify new business opportunities in untapped industries and regions.
- Expand the company’s reach into MNCs, PSUs, and large private-sector corporates.
- Establish strong relationships with decision-makers (HR heads, marketing heads, admin heads, etc.).
- Act as a liaison between the client and internal departments (production, creative, logistics, etc.).
Responsibilities of Business Development Head (Corporate)
Client Acquisition & Pitching
Identify potential corporate clients and generate qualified leads.
Daily Client Visit and business generation.
Develop customized pitch decks and proposals in line with client needs.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to close deals.
Revenue Generation
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Team targets and performance to achieve monthly basis.
Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
Work with creative, production, and operations teams to ensure deliverables align with client expectations.
Coordinate with finance for invoicing and payment tracking.
