Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives
● Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database
● Make calls to clients and respond to callback requests
● Email & WhatsApp conversations with potential leads
● Make potential leads understand our courses
● Convert potential leads into customers
● Learning & using our customer relations management software & others
● Related computer software
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Research potential clients, markets, and industry trends using LinkedIn, online directories, and databases.

Identify relevant prospects based on defined target audience profiles.

Build and maintain a list of potential clients using CRM tools or spreadsheets.

Initiate contact with prospects via email, LinkedIn, or phone under supervision.
2. Outreach and Follow-Up:

Assist in drafting and sending outreach messages, follow-up emails, and introductory communications.

Schedule and coordinate discovery or demo meetings between clients and senior business development executives.

Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture interest and build engagement.

Track responses, update CRM entries, and report on outreach performance.
3. Market Research and Analysis:

Analyze competitor products, services, and go-to-market strategies.

Gather information on potential partners, clients, or industries for business expansion.

Help in preparing pitch decks, sales presentations, and market intelligence reports.

Assist in identifying new business opportunities, geographies, and customer segments.
4. Proposal and Documentation Support:

Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and client-specific documents.

Ensure timely sharing of product brochures, company profiles, or other marketing material.

Support the documentation process for deals under negotiation or in progress.

Maintain organized records of all client communications and files.
5. Sales and Marketing Collaboration:

Work with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and campaign efforts.

Contribute to content ideas for emails, presentations, social media, or lead magnets.

Help in organizing webinars, virtual meetings, or client engagement campaigns.

Participate in brainstorming sessions for new initiatives and product positioning.
6. Reporting and Feedback:

Provide daily/weekly reports to the business development manager on progress and lead status.

Highlight challenges, feedback from prospects, and suggestions for improvement.

Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and reviews to enhance your learning.
