Client Engagement:
o Assist in maintaining regular communication with clients, ensuring their needs
are met and providing a high level of customer satisfaction.
o Support the team in building and nurturing relationships with potential and
existing clients, ensuring repeat business and loyalty.
o HNI Clients Registration during Events.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
o Build and execute sales funnels for specific events/IPs.
o Meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets via strategic outreach.
Revenue Tracking and Reporting:
o Help track project revenue and assist in ensuring that revenue targets are met.
o Assist in preparing and sharing regular revenue reports and performance metrics
with the team.
Event Support and Coordination:
o Assist in planning and coordinating client events, ensuring logistics, registrations,
and event materials are organized and delivered smoothly.
o Support the team on event days, providing hands-on assistance and ensuring all
client needs are met on-site.
Event Sponsorship and Business Development:
o Pitching Project to Potential Sponsors.
o Support in reaching out to potential clients, preparing proposals, and assisting
with sales pitches.
o Contribute to the creation of sales materials and presentations to attract new
clients and business opportunities.
Process Improvement Suggestions:
o Observe and suggest improvements to customer engagement processes and
revenue strategies, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

REQUIRED SKILL SET:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong email communication and professional writing skills.
Exceptional fluency in English (both spoken and written).
Comfort with handling numbers and data analysis.
Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work well with others.
Strong academic background with a passion for continuous learning.
High attention to detail and a proactive, eager-to-learn attitude.
Driven, ambitious, and goal-oriented with a desire to achieve success.
