Job Description
1. Market Research & Lead Generation

Conduct research to identify potential clients and market opportunities in assigned industries.

Assist in building and maintaining a database of potential leads using CRM tools and other resources.

Research competitors and track industry trends to identify areas for business development.

Gather and analyze data on target markets and customer profiles to support lead generation activities.
2. Client Outreach & Communication

Assist in reaching out to potential clients via email, phone calls, and social media platforms.

Help draft proposals, presentations, and introductory emails to prospective clients.

Support the team in managing outreach schedules and follow-ups to convert leads into business opportunities.

Participate in the drafting of client communications, ensuring a professional and engaging tone.
3. Sales Support & Pipeline Management

Assist in tracking the progress of leads and opportunities in the sales pipeline.

Help coordinate meetings between the sales team and potential clients.

Attend client calls or meetings to gain exposure to the sales process and client management.

Assist in managing and maintaining the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.
4. Marketing & Brand Promotion

Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials (e.g., brochures, case studies, presentations).

Assist in social media campaigns, online marketing strategies, and content creation to promote business development efforts.

Help track marketing campaigns and analyze their effectiveness in generating leads and engagement.
5. Reporting & Administrative Support

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on business development activities, lead generation progress, and sales metrics.

Assist the team in preparing client proposals, quotes, and contracts.

Provide administrative support to the Business Development Manager, including scheduling meetings, managing client databases, and preparing documents.
6. Learning & Professional Development

Gain exposure to various aspects of business development, sales, and marketing.

Attend internal team meetings to learn about strategic goals and ongoing projects.

Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills in sales, communication, and business strategy.
