Job Description
Internship Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Business Development Intern to join our User Growth and Community team. The intern will be responsible for attracting new users, building meaningful relationships, and ensuring consistent engagement across selected social media and community platforms.
This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about digital communities, user psychology, affiliate outreach, and grassroots growth to gain real-world experience in user acquisition, influencer partnerships, and community building.
Key Focus Areas:
1. User Acquisition:

Promote the product/platform to new users using affiliate links, referral campaigns, or invite-based models.

Identify and collaborate with micro-influencers, online communities, and interest-based groups for outreach.

Create and execute small user challenges or social quests to drive sign-ups and activation.

Track and report user acquisition metrics from various channels (referrals, quests, campaigns).
2. Community Engagement:

Own and manage engagement in one primary platform (choose between Discord, Telegram, X (formerly Twitter), Reddit).

Spark conversations, share updates, and answer questions to keep the community active and informed.

Organize events like polls, AMAs, quizzes, or topic discussions to increase participation.

Report weekly community insights, engagement spikes, and user behavior.
3. Outreach & Relationship Building:

Conduct one-on-one conversations with new users, guiding them through onboarding or platform features.

Build and maintain relationships with community champions, affiliate partners, or brand ambassadors.

Gather feedback from conversations to help improve product or user experience.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate user concerns or share suggestions.
Daily Responsibilities:

Share invite/referral links through DMs, posts, and affiliate communities.

Track and analyze user onboarding numbers from different campaigns.

Welcome new users in the community group/channel.

Respond promptly to community messages and comments.

Identify and reach out to small creators or active community members for partnerships.

Assist in the creation of engagement content (memes, posts, updates, basic visuals).

Maintain logs and reports on growth metrics and outreach conversations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related).

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Comfortable using and managing platforms like Discord, Telegram, Reddit, or X.

Passionate about digital communities, tech, gaming, or Web3 (based on company domain).

Knowledge of user funnels, viral growth, or affiliate programs is a bonus.

Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
