Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Research
-
Conduct market research to identify potential clients or partners in target industries.

Generate high-quality leads via LinkedIn, web searches, databases, cold calling, and email outreach.

Maintain an updated pipeline of prospects using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
2. Client Communication
-
Initiate communication with prospects through emails, calls, and messaging platforms.
-
Schedule meetings or product demos with senior sales or business development team.
-
Follow up with leads and nurture them through regular engagement.
3. Proposal & Documentation Support
-
Assist in preparing customized proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
-
Help draft business emails, client reports, and service brochures.
-
Collaborate with design or marketing teams for supporting collaterals.
4. Reporting & Analysis
-
Track KPIs such as lead conversion rate, meeting scheduled vs. completed, and client responses.

Provide weekly and monthly reports to management.
-
Suggest improvements based on data-driven observations.
5. Digital Engagement (Optional)
-
Support online campaigns, social media activities, and email marketing strategies.

Assist in webinars, online client events, or networking sessions.

Participate in content strategy or blog outreach if aligned with the role.
Key Skills Required:

Good verbal and written communication (English & local language)

Basic understanding of sales funnel, marketing, and customer journey

Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic CRM or lead tracking tools

Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and goal-oriented mindset

Confidence in making calls, sending professional emails, and presenting ideas
